Muyang Extruder Machine Feature

Muyang Grinder Mill Repair and Maintenance
Repair and maintenance cannot be ignored while using the machine, only do the job, can the machine operate well and long. Then how to repair and maintain is very important, here is some tips:
Operate according to the operating method strictly. Each shift should well do necessary inspection and cleaning work.
The bearings of the grinding machinery shall be dismounted and cleaned once after 1000 hours working, and the grease shall be replaced at the same time and lithium base molybdenum disulfide shall be applied. Only 1/2-3/4 space inside the bearing cap can be filled with grease. The old grease should be cleared up before adding new grease. If too much grease is filled, the bearings will be overheated. When the bearings are severely heated or the grease outflows out, stop the machine immediately to deal with the troubles.
The damaged or severely worn parts shall be repaired or replaced in time. If the rotor parts (except pins and hammers) are to be disassembled and replaced, balance calibration must be conducted after reassembling. The dynamic balance quality shall be verified in accordance with the balance accuracy grade G 6.3 for rigid rotors of National Standard GB9239-1988. Additionally, the difference between the total masses of the hammers of two symmetrical groups in radial direction should not exceed 5 g.
If the animal feed machine is to be halted for a long time, it must thoroughly cleaned both inside and outside so as to avoiding rusting and screen blockage.
The machine is directly driven through an elastic pin coupling, which should be installed very carefully after maintenance or repairing so as to avoiding the effects of precision deviation on machine running (see Table 5). After installation, the coupling should be checked to ensure that the height deviation between the two halves of the coupling <0.2 mm, and the misalignment<1° and the clearance (S) between the two halves 4-6mm.

How Do I Choose the Best Extrusion Machine?
An extruder machine is commonly used in manufacturing settings to create parts by taking a raw material or blank such as aluminum or plastic and drawing it through the machine to create a long, rod-like finished product. Aluminum baseball bats, for example, are often extruded. To choose the best extrusion machine, you will first need to determine what materials you will be extruding, how often you will be using the machine, and what types of projects you will be attempting. Operation on TCXT Permanent Magenet Sleeve
TCXT series spout magnetic separator is a product researched and developed by Muyang. It is suitable for feed mills, cereal and oil processing plants, solvent factories and breweries in all scales, and generally installed in the processing lines.
Installation
***In order to prevent the machine from blockage caused by large sundries, this feed machine should be installed after a preliminary cleaner.
***This equipment should be installed in a vertical pipe and the height of vertical pipe section above the equipment should be≥500 mm.
***Because the impact action from the raw materials affects the iron absorption efficiency in certain degree, a buffer device should be set up at its upper part and the material flow rate should not be more than 1m/s.
Operation and precautions
***Do not knock the permanent magnet while installing for it is relatively fragile.
***Because this machine has a strong magnet field, it is forbidden to place any objects easily magnetized such as electric meters, watches and so on around it.

***In order to assure the magnetic separating effect and avoid material blockage caused by too many metallic impurities adsorbed on the permanent magnet surface, it is necessary to regularly open the door to remove adsorbed impurities and other contaminants from the permanent magnet in each shift.
***The feed machinery does not need magnetizing within about 6-7 years under usual conditions, if its magnetic property is obviously lowered during operation, it should be magnetized again or the magnet blocks are to be replaced in time.
***Because of direct impaction and attrition of materials, the overhead guard and polar plate of the permanent magnet should be replaced in time if they are seriously abraded in service.

Muyang TLMC12 Jet Filter Dust Collector
The dust-containing air enters the box directly from base face of lower box and is filtered through a filtering sleeve and then become purified air, and then discharged from the air outlet, the dust is deposited on the outer surface of filtering sleeve. The dust shall be removed when it is too much deposited. High-pressure air flow will trigger the air jet of each solenoid valve in order as designed through impulse control instrument when removing dust, and then enters the filtering sleeve through jet orifice; the filtering sleeve will expand sharply for an instant, which will shake off the dust deposited on the outer surface of filtering sleeve, which will enter into the original container, the periodical dust removal by impulse air jet makes the filtering sleeve work under effective condition to ensure the dust collection system work normally.
Operating principle and features of main components
Upper box
The upper box in feed machine is a component for filtering, removing the dust and collecting the filtered clean air, completed with an air outlet at side, and includes an air jet device in it. The upper box is mainly composed of upper box frame, filtering device and air jet dust cleaning system.
Upper box frame
The upper box frame is used for separating the dust-containing air and cleaned air, and supporting the filtering sleeve device, air pocket, fan and spray rod.
Filtering device
The filtering device is a critical working component for dust filtering, composed of filtering sleeves and frameworks. The filtering sleeves are covered on the filtering sleeve frameworks, the curled edge of the sleeve is leveled to be plastered on the lower base surface of the sleeve frame of the filtering sleeve; insert the filtering sleeve into the kidney hole of the bearing plate, the curled edge of the sleeve is pressed on the bearing plate by sleeve framework, and then the interface surface of sleeve framework is pressed by the latch capping, so as to fix the filtering sleeve on the bearing plate of box, and the curled edge of the sleeve will play a role of sealing. When filtering the dust-containing air, the dust is stopped at the outer surface of filtering sleeve, the purified air enters into the internal space of filtering sleeve and then enters into upper box through opening of the filtering sleeve, discharged from the air outlet after collecting. The dust stopped at outside of filtering sleeve will be collected for reuse after a period of collecting.
Air jet dust cleaning system
Air jet dust cleaning system on the feed machinery is used for dust discharging to ensure a normal and effective filtering capability of the filtering sleeves. The system is composed of a impulse control instrument, an solenoid valve, an air pocket and an air jet device.
The impulse control instrument is a main control device for air jet and dust discharging system of the dust collector, and completed with imported digital integrated circuits, which is characterized by stability and reliability, strong interference resistance, long service life and convenient adjustment. Correct setting of impulse width and impulse interval is a key factor for normal work of the dust removal system.
Lower box
The lower box is a component for filtering the dust-containing air, and its top is connected with upper box, and equipped with a filtering sleeve device. An observation window is provided on box and the dust deposited on filtering sleeve can be observed from observation window. The box can be removed in practice and the upstream equipment can be set directly in the container.
Top cover
The top cover is used for sealing the upper box to ensure the pressure parts in upper box. The top cover is light and taken down easily. Open the top cover to check or replace the air jet device and filtering sleeve.

Personal Protection on Installing Machine
(1) All the mechanical equipments manufactured by Muyang are equipped with safety devices, which are consistent with modern technical level and universally effective safety rules prior to ex works, so that the customers can use the machines in accordance with the regulations.
(2) The enterprises are obligated to execute following regulations to guarantee operators' safety.
(3) The shield cap of belt and chain must be mounted at any moment and keep closing. It is very dangerous when they are opened or disassembled. It may cause casualty accident. This is also applicable for the preventive device of the manipulator.
(4) The safety limit switches should always be kept in good order. Overlap or discard of the safety limit switches is not allowed.
(5) The cover plate grating, grid bar or guard grating are usually installed and delivered together with the machine. They can only be disassembled with tools. And the machines with such kind of devices can never put into work until the above-said devices have been properly installed.
(6) The driving motor must be switched off completely to make the machine stop when carrying out inspection, commissioning, repair and maintenance. This can be done through a full-phase separating and lockable switch which is installed near the machine or on the operation desk, control panel on the site. It is not enough only to screw off the fuse wire!
(7) If the feed machine needs other energy like pneumatic, hydraulic, steam and hot water energy, it is necessary to cut off their energy supply or turn off the switch, and eliminate the pressure in the internal pipeline system of the machine.
(8) As for handling heated or cooled parts and components of the machine, especial care should still be taken for the danger of burning, to prevent any scald.

President of Mozambique visits the Ulóngue feed mill under construction
on June 17, Mozambique President Armando Emilio Guebuza led a 50 members delegation to visit the under-constructed state-owned feed mill in Ulóngue (Tete), a turn-key project entrusted to Muyang.
The plant, incorporating complete process feed machine required with advanced technology and two 850 tons steel silos, is designed to produce five tones of mash feed per hour. Commissioning of this project is scheduled in November, and it is expected to be a “powerhouse” for the animal breeding in Tete area.
With this operation and other two projects under construction, a cotton processing factory and a 150 ton/day rice mill, the technology support Muyang delived to the growing Mozambique agricultural industry has extended to the fields of plant electrical system, grain handling and storage, grain drying tower, feed and rice milling projects, etc.
President Guebuza highly praised Muyang for the contribution it had made to Mozambique’s development, and hoped that the collaborating relationships with Muyang could deepen in the near future.

12th China Animal Husbandry Exhibition concludes in Qingdao
The 12th China Animal Husbandry Exhibition (CAHE) 2014 concluded yesterday in Qingdao, Shandong. It is the third time the event had taken place in the Chinese city of Qingdao.
