Operation and Attention Points

When you first operate the feed machine, there are some necessary tips you should notice, so that you can avoid some unexpected problems. Following are some simple points when you are operating the machine,just remember it.

***Check the immobility of the bolt connection.
***Run idle before feed, check whether all parts of the machine are normal.
***If the pulley wheel doesn’t work or jams, it must be dismounted and inspected. Please refer to the schematic diagram of the pulley wheel when disassembly.
***In order to avoid machine damage and accidents, the big iron block and hard block are strictly forbidden to enter in the machine.
***Keep the machine running for 5-8 minutes after stop feeding, empty the residual materials in the drum.
***If the cooler and equipments need to be combined as a product line, it needs to start the rear equipments and then start the front equipments according to the order. Stop the machine in reverse order. It also can adopt the interlock control system.
