on June 17, Mozambique President Armando Emilio Guebuza led a 50 members delegation to visit the under-constructed state-owned feed mill in Ulóngue (Tete), a turn-key project entrusted to Muyang.
The plant, incorporating complete process feed machine required with advanced technology and two 850 tons steel silos, is designed to produce five tones of mash feed per hour. Commissioning of this project is scheduled in November, and it is expected to be a “powerhouse” for the animal breeding in Tete area.
With this operation and other two projects under construction, a cotton processing factory and a 150 ton/day rice mill, the technology support Muyang delived to the growing Mozambique agricultural industry has extended to the fields of plant electrical system, grain handling and storage, grain drying tower, feed and rice milling projects, etc.
President Guebuza highly praised Muyang for the contribution it had made to Mozambique’s development, and hoped that the collaborating relationships with Muyang could deepen in the near future.

Muyang New Target on Feed Machinery Sales
On May 1st Last year, Muyang new plant was put into use. Recently, the new sale data of Muyang came out and the sales of feed machinery were increased by 20%-30% compared with early years. This year, the sales of food processing machines are expected to reach 70 billion yuan.
The successful data is owed to the new plant. The new plant is equiped with world advanced automatic and intelligent production line, and is also a top-notch base with advanced feed processing equipment research and development.
In the industry, Muyang first adopted production lines which introduced international advanced welding robots, automatic spraying and assembly systems. Since the use of advanced production lines, manufacturing and delivery cycle had been shorten by 3-5 days. Muyang attains ATEX Certification
Muyang recently announced that effective March 29 it has been honored with a certificate of conformance with ATEX directive. This comes after more than three months of preparation and work.
The ATEX directive describes what equipment and work environment is allowed in an environment with an explosive atmosphere. Certification ensures that the equipment or protective system is fit for its intended purpose and that adequate information is supplied with it to ensure that it can be used safely.
Once certified, the equipment is marked by the "CE" and "Ex" symbol to identify it as approved under the ATEX directive, and it can be used anywhere within the European Union without any further requirements being applied with respect to the risks covered being applied.
Muyang is committed to be a responsible organization through continual improvements on the safety performance of its products, projects and services. This time, a total of 20 hammermills and bucket elevators that used in feed processing and grain handling are certified.

Muyang build steel structure shipyard for China CSC Group
The shipyard is an expansion of China Changjiang National Shipping (Group) Corporation in Wuhan Qinsan, Hunbei Province. Covering 100,000 m2, it is composed of four parts: a low and a high span workshops for hull steel fabrication, a tube processing workshops and a painting centre. For each hull steel fabrication workshop, of which the maximum span is 42 meters and the height of cornice is 26 meters, three bridge cranes are provided at different levels. The largest crane has a tonnage of 75 tons. Once finished, the project will not only improve the product ion environment but also enhance the capacity of Wuhan Qingshan Shipyard of CSC Group.

Muyang SWFL Vertical Ultra-fine Pulverizer
SWFL D series vertical ultra-fine pulverizer is a new type of equipment for large-, medium- and small-sized feed mill to process various coarse ground materials after preliminary cleaning, magnetic separation and mixing, such as corn, sorghum, rice, wheat, soybean meal, fish and shrimp, so as to obtain the materials in superfine particle size as required. It is especially suitable for fine grinding or ultra-fine grinding of feeds for prawn, turtle, eel and young animals.

It is characterized by compact structure and small floor space required. It is structured without any sieve, both grinding and grading systems are put in the same closed space, so that they can be finished at one shot and the energy loss due to over-grinding can be reduced.
With a hydraulic opening mechanism, the grinding chamber of the grinding machinery can be quickly opened and ease of maintenance. Yangzhou Muyang Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 and is one of the oldest nationally recognized fabricators in China.
