President of Mozambique visits the Ulóngue feed mill under construction

on June 17, Mozambique President Armando Emilio Guebuza led a 50 members delegation to visit the under-constructed state-owned feed mill in Ulóngue (Tete), a turn-key project entrusted to Muyang.


The plant, incorporating complete process feed machine required with advanced technology and two 850 tons steel silos, is designed to produce five tones of mash feed per hour. Commissioning of this project is scheduled in November, and it is expected to be a “powerhouse” for the animal breeding in Tete area.

With this operation and other two projects under construction, a cotton processing factory and a 150 ton/day rice mill, the technology support Muyang delived to the growing Mozambique agricultural industry has extended to the fields of plant electrical system, grain handling and storage, grain drying tower, feed and rice milling projects, etc.

President Guebuza highly praised Muyang for the contribution it had made to Mozambique’s development, and hoped that the collaborating relationships with Muyang could deepen in the near future.
