STHJ Series Type Paddle Molasses Mixer is widely used in feed, cereal, food, chemicals, medicine and pesticide industries, and suitable for mixing mash feeds (adding molasses) in feed mill, so that all the ingredients can be uniformly distributed and the quality of the compound feeds can be ensured.

STHJ Series Type Paddle Mixer is a horizontal continuous type mixer. It is featured of new rotor structure, good mixing homogeneity and no any dead angle during mixing. The clearance between the rotor and the machine casing is adjustable. It is equipped with a clearing gate to facilitate cleaning inside the working barrel. With a molasses intake in it, the machine is characterized by reasonable structure, handsome appearance, and easy operation and maintenance.

It is also important for the material characteristics, the particle size of intake ingredient particles should not exceed 8mm, and the bulk density is should be 0.15～0.8kg/dm. Also, the moisture should not exceed 18% with the molasses mixture temperature of 32~38℃. Relative humidity can't exceed 90%, and the elevation should not exceed 1000m. It is better for stable working voltage with a deviation not more than ±5%.
