For Dampening Iron Roll Rice Whitener, the water is pumped by water pump from upper end of hollow shaft and atomized under effects of jetting air flow. The materials surface can be covered by a layer of water film, thus, the rice bran can be softened and then removed effectively. And the rice in whitening chamber can be cooled and the good polishing result of the white rice can be obtained.

1) The iron roll and the screw head adopt the split structure, which can be replaced conveniently.

2) This machine structure is compact and multi-machines can be in series for lightly whitening, without increase in hoisting equipment, thus can reduce the land use area and reduce the costs.

3) The feed machinery serving several purposes, not only can be used as iron roll to whiten brown rice, but also can be used as a polisher when it is equipped with a dampening device.

Requirement for installation site

The foundation for installing the grinding machinery should be strong enough to support the machine weight (see “weight to be transported”). The rice whitener occupies a land of 1.5×1.3 m2, around which 1 m wide empty area should be kept for operation and maintenance. In addition, 1 m high space should be kept above the machine for vertically taking out main shaft to replace bearing. The gate should be provided at feed inlet for guaranteeing the uniform flow rate.



The rice whiteners can be used in group for reducing the hoisting equipment and land use area.



During installation, use M16 foundation bolts (6 pieces) to fix the grinding machine and checkup whether machine for horizontality. If necessary, place an iron plate with certain thickness under the pedestal, in order to ensure leveling. The feed machine vibration can be avoided and the noise can be reduced by uniform stress. The floor shall be bored for installation of discharge pipe and electric cables.
