Dry Puffing and Wet Puffing on Extruder TPH200C
Extruder is mainly consist of carriage, pulley cover, motor base, the main motor, lubricating oil, base, cutting device, extrusion assembly, bypass, conditioner and front support. Extruder is the key in the whole system. The extruder can be used for processing different materials such as corn, flour, soybean, suckling pig feed and beans. The physical properties of these materials vary widely, rice flour's starch content is very high; and soybean meal, fat content is high, without starch. Therefore, in the processing with different materials for an extruder, in order to get products with good qualities, it needs a good extruder. Selecting a different configuration generally refers to choose a different pressure ring, the screw and the feeding device.
TPH200C type extruder as a major processing machine, is a typical wet bulking device. The extruder is equipped with conditioner, the material in the conditioner role in the use of steam curing of materials for pre-obtained material and after pre-cooked and then extruded into the extruder, extruder can effectively improve the capacity and reduce feed power consumption, and can also reduce material loss in the process.
